Quite house. I do not like 'drama' in the house, and it is a house rule that we do not draw attention to the house.
Sorry, no pets. Also, no drug or gun sales by any person living in this house, on or off the property. I don't want the kind of attention those activities could bring to the house.
Bed or couch to sleep on is provided.
$360.00 a month plus utilities split between the number of people living here.
First and last months rent due on move in. No actual security deposit. Again, if you do not like it, I will promptly refund unused portion of all paid rent.
I also have a small area that is curtained off for privacy, with its own window for rent. $150 a monthe plus a split of utilities. Bed, dresser, are furniture provided. This roomette is available today.
