Yes, but I hope you mean during the warmer months only.

I recommend CA or FL.  You would likely die in the winter in NH.  In the rest of the year, there are many campgrounds in NH.  You could get a season pass.  Would you like to know of campgrounds with in 30 miles or so (the area) of Keene so that you may negotiate a price with them?

It's easy to camp and survive in the harshest of winters, if you have some knowledge and are prepared, both physically and (especially) mentally.

You won't do it in a tent in a campground, though.
