Want to see the motion I filed that got me community service?  Though it was technically religious, the verbiage would likely be very similar to yours as the philosophies of non-violence (moral objections to contributing to a violent process) are basically the same.

Jim made an objection to the violence in the courtroom, the judge said you'd better focus on your own situation. The bailiff stood in front of the camera, even after polite requests to move.  Jim refused to fill out the financial form and was handcuffed and pulled out of the curtroom while asking how long he would be in jail.  After a minute Jim was pulled back and the judge came back to tell him the details.  Although they always make it ambiguous, I think I heard them say Jim would stay in jail until the fine was paid off.

It was not made clear that he would be credited the $50 per day towards the fine.  I think we can all hope that is the case, but there is the chance that he'll be held in contempt until he fills out the form.
